Lib Counts

Here are your Lib counts that you are to be working on. You also do these in the videos below. Bases/backs and fronts practice when your hands are suppose to go from load in to holding skills at scrunch to holding them at half. Fliers practice doing your skills at the right counts. Remember to keep the booty in and feet together.

Bases:

Hold in scrunch 12345678
Hold 12, dip 34, scrunch 56, bounce to front 78
Half 12 34, dip 56, toss 78
